Intro Pandora's PlayHouse - ch.2
‘PANDORA IS THE MAESTRA OF ABSTRACT PHYSICS.
What comes to her CHAINED, never leaves UNCHANGED (nor unchained).’
If PROMETHEUS gave us LIGHT & REASON, then it were PANDORA that gave us ‘THEATRE’, which is DISCOVERY & the RIGHT TO QUESTION REASON & LOGIC.
Prometheus brought to us the PROTAGONIST.
Pandora brought to us the ANTAGONIST, the one who first OBSERVES and then
QUESTIONS what she sees.
Pandora’s PlayHouse is a PLACE & a SPACE.
The PLACE is a Playhouse, the SPACE is the vast unexplored space between our EARS.
And it is in her THEATER OF MANY ROOMS where our DRAMAS play out.
Our curiosity, our fear, our anxieties, passions, dreams, and the power of imagination that casts our shadows upon the wall to be analyzed, acted out & seen.
And in her HOUSE OF MANY ROOMS, are the places & spaces where we find ourselves,
Explore our joys, and expand our idea of WHAT LIFE IS. While encouraging the SEARCH concerning HOW MUCH OF IT WE CAN HAVE.
And because of this there were POWER STRUCTURES which greatly discouraged visitation & inhabitation of Pandora’s PlayHouse because of its electric capacity for EXPANDING THE MIND & challenging the confines of THE MATRIX, the very same Matrix that she herself created.
People were warned that going into Pandora’s PlayHouse would result in the LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS, MADNESS & licentiousness whereas, those who KNEW, understood that one went there to LOSE THE OLD MIND & begin putting together the pieces of NEW MIND, and with this new mind, the ability to see (& create) THE NEW WORLD.
To the power structures that be, Pandora’s PlayHouse was a place of CONTROVERSY,
As well as a THREAT to the old masculine ways of DOMINANCE. As ALL of the various ‘HOUSES’, were themselves housed within the HOUSE OF PANDORA.
A place within a space inside a place located in space.
TreeHouse, MadHouse, SmokeHouse, GreenHouse, SchoolHouse, BirdHouse, and indeed ALL OF THE HOUSES THAT ARE dwell within her space.
Prometheus gave us ENLIGHTENMENT.
Pandora, ALCHEMY & TRANSFORMATION.
And as it pertains to her PlayHouse, her conscious theater of dramatic science,
This is THE PLACE to WORK THROUGH THE DRAMAS, the QUESTIONS & the KARMA That OCCUPIES THE SPACES BETWEEN OUR EARS, the most valuable space there is,
Where the STARS ARE DIAMONDS that sparkle light like POOLS OF THOUGHT.
Not All Find Their Way OUT. Not All WANT To Find Their Way Out.
Pandora is everything a GODDESS should be.
Kind, persevering, generous, loving, nurturing, patient & wise.
BUT ATTACK HER AND SHE WILL EAT YOUR FACE !
Nor have any judgments about it afterwards.
A Goddess has got to do what a Goddess has got to do,
and no one can understand the world she inhabits but herself.
If Chapter 1 ‘From Avalon To Babylon’ represented the MIND of Pandora’s PlayHouse,
Chapter 2, ‘Absentee Ballet’ represents the HEART.
As with Pandora’s PlayHouse, these songs are meant to represent THIS TIME
As well as ‘ALL TIME’. Just as PROPHETS are not prophets because they see the FUTURE but because they’ve remembered THE PAST.
After all The King Of Diamonds May Only See with ONE EYE,
but it just may be because HE’S ALREADY SEEN TOO MUCH !
1) MAMA’S BOY BLUES
A mama’s boy rejected by his Mother’s love goes out into the world to
Join in the fight that the world engages against itself. He finds the fight
Outside in the streets, the same as matches the ongoing fight within himself.
Because IF HE IS NOT WORTHY OF HIS MOTHER’S LOVE,
then surely there is no love that he feels worthy of.
Meanwhile his Mother herself sees that the world IS CORRUPTED
by the absence of and the permission to love & be loved.
She sees the COST of her withholding the love that heals and makes us all
EASIER TO LOVE.
And makes life more magical to live.
2) A COOL BREEZE
A song that as much as any, gives a glimpse of life INSIDE Pandora’s PlayHouse.
While in the midst of transformation, the protagonist is seeing his future become
Present and his fears faced full on for the first time.
A Cool Breeze is Coming OVER Me, & then
A Cool Breeze is Coming AFTER Me.
Expressing the sentiment of one who is reborn from the viewpoint of one who
EXPERIENCES The MOMENTS IN LIFE to one now capable of INFLUENCING The
MOMENTS IN LIFE.
Because in Pandora’s PlayHouse we learn how to go from
Those who see life happening TO them to those who see life
happening FOR them.
3) ONE HORSE TOWN
And in the spirit of the Zeitgeist we have a song which explains how easily crosses the nexus of JEALOUSY & RACE. And how EVIL hides behind Philosophy, Tradition, & Belief to prevent itself from being seen. ‘Heritage’ as an excuse to HATE.
The main cause of ‘RACISM’ (let’s be honest & clear) is NOT anyone’s feelings of
Fear or Superiority but the simple fact that WE ARE JEALOUS OF THE OTHER.
In any event there is ONLY ONE RACE, the Human Race. So we are all these different tribes
that are all unique & special because if nothing else, WE SURVIVED, WE ARE STILL HERE.
Even after many, many tribes are not, who’ve come & gone.
THE WHITE TRIBES ARE JEALOUS OF THE BLACK TRIBES.
THE BLACK TRIBES ARE ENVIOUS OF THE WHITE TRIBES, PERIOD.
They see each other’s gifts and cultural advantages AND LUST TO HAVE WHAT THE OTHER HAS.
Which is why they are GREATLY ATTRACTED to the OTHER as well as
Why they REPEL one another so passionately.
The WHITE TRIBES ARE LUNARS, THE BLACK TRIBES ARE SOLARS
& as are magnetically attracted to the other as are Planetary Bodies orbiting
Another. And JUST AS ANGRY AT THE OTHER AS THEY ARE AT THEMSELVES.
AND THIS PASSION OFTEN ACTS ITSELF OUT AS VIOLENCE.
Since Violence is PASSIONATE LOVE IGNORED & DENIED.
Failing to express itself in its original form, it will act out as its opposite,
AS LONG AS THE LOVE IS FELT in whatever FORM allows it to be.
And this is what ONE HORSE TOWN rides into town to explain.
And THEY BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF HE !
4) LIFE’S A BITCH
Life is A SPIRIT.
And life is like a SPOILED SUPERMODEL WHO KNOWS
THAT EVERYONE Wants TO BE WITH HER.
So she can play hard to get, she can be mean, cruel, dominant, playful, capricious.
And naturally as with MOST SUPERMODELS, she can get bored easily if not granted Enough stimulation & surprise.
So, it cannot be less true that indeed, LIFE’S A BITCH.
A point that most of us would agree with.
But the KEY is not in denying that Life’s A Bitch, but
IN MAKING LIFE ‘YOUR’ BITCH.
Because LIFE IS THE GREAT WOLF.
And in the mind of the Wolf, IT WILL ALWAYS CHALLENGE YOUR COMMAND,
UNLESS YOU ARE SURE. A man can keep a wolf as a pet, and the man can be the wolf’s master.
But only for as long as the man is SURE THAT HE IS THE MASTER, because the moment uncertainty creeps into his mind,
BY DEFAULT THE WOLF RESUMES CONTROL. There is NO AMBIGUITY with the wolf.
YOU are the Alpha, or IT IS.
AND So it is with the gleaming pearl of LIFE.
THE ONE SHE RESPECTS MOST, IS THE ONE WHO SEES HER FOR What SHE REALLY IS, A BITCH WAITING TO BE DOMINATED.
BU YOUR WILL, your prayers, your wishes and demands.
And like MANY A DOMINANT WOMAN, she is waiting for someone to come and relieve her of the pressure
of ALWAYS HAVING TO BE IN CHARGE, which slowly takes the LIFE out of her.
So YES, LIFE IS A BITCH.
SO MAKE HER ‘Your’ Bitch.
And get on with THE ART OF LIVING !
She will only love you MORE for it.
5) The MadHouse
So here we arrive again inside ‘Pandora’s PlayHouse’.
And we find ourselves CONFRONTED BY OUR GHOSTS,
the ghosts that we forget to bring back into our own bosoms.
The ghosts we banish to small, secret places and who then have to
HAUNT US MORE TO GET OUR ATTENTION.
We find a HOUSE IN RUIN, a house dominated by the THINGS THAT USED TO BE.
We find that the memories that once drove us are the same memories that now depress us.
We find that our SHADOWS HAVE GROWN & taken on a LIFE OF THEIR OWN.
And we find that as said by the master ROBERT FROST,
“THE ONLY WAY OUT IS THROUGH.“
And it is there where we find a regretful TARZAN ‘Swinging On The Vines That Still Remain.’
Because here are the rotted beams of EMPIRE trying to set itself on FIRE
to take its ashes HIGHER.
SO, WELCOME TO THE MADHOUSE !
Because at this point, WHERE ELSE COULD WE POSSIBLY BE ?
